Small yellow dots on my cluster

Small dot on my cluster just up the mileage it start 2 weeks ago see pictures if you know dots are not white it's like yellow ??? i just bough the car 1 month ago and 1 scan the car and investigate about the mileage and message is odometer sabotage and the mileage mismatch with the scanner indicate 240000km and the car show on the cluster 139028km. If someone know about that thank you

Hi Chris it seems like someone has been playing with the mileage. Did you get it from a dealership or private sale? You may need to get the police and MTO involved. The mileage may have been lowered so the seller can ask more$$
